My first question is, what is the meaning of this message "Failed to get the client status because no BSA transaction is active"?

If you copy & paste the following in Google:
"Failed to get the client status because no BSA transaction is active"
You will see that a Symantec TechNote is found.
http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH200716
According to the TN:
The permanent fix is in versions 7.5.0.5, 7.5.0.6, and 7.6

Realy sorry, I made a mistake with the versions when creating this topic, it's all updated to 7.5.0.6.
Before this errors, it was already set 9600 seconds on Client read Timeout.

My reply above now really looks silly with your opening post edited to show 7.5.0.6 instead of the original 7.5.0.4......

Sorry Marianne, you are right, I should not edit the versions of my original post.
This will not happen again.
