Hello,
Can any one help me with the error we are getting when we are trying to backup SQL DB on windows 2003 host - clustered. Version of master and cleint is Netbackup 5.1, MP3.

Policy is active with type SQL and has client name - virtual name of the cluster.
Thanks.

Here is the error:

Just a FYI,
Problem got resolved. Called Veritas 1-800 number.

The master server is in cluster configuration. The name we were using was of virtual node. Whereas bpcd was looking for server name , that is hostname of the host.
Added hostname of servers ( both nodes) to windows client config. and backup worked.
