1st of all i am very very thankful to all guys who given me so kind support
My database which i was trying to restore was about 120GB of size and the drive had around 188 GB free space.
I though that the Netbackup need more space might be for buffering etc so I just got free some more disk space and eventually the restoration has been completed successfully

Run a verify on the image to make sure that the data on the media is the same as in the catalog. do you have a copy of this image you can try and restore?

Can you eliminate the SQL part and do a simple flat file restore?

Create the bptm logging directory, and then retry the restore. After the job fails, check the bptm log to see the cause of failure to read from the disk.

Critical bptm(pid=9128) sts_read_image failed: error 2060017 system call failed
cannot read image from disk, Invalid argument

From the bptm logs, you can identify the backup image, and the size of the image.  windows kernel page pool memory has issue with backup sets (as MSFT calls them ) which exceed a size of 180 Gb.

Check this tehcnote. It was written primarily for duplication, but since duplication means reading from disk and writing to tape, and in your case to restore we are again reading from the disk, might prove helpful

Solution:

On the Windows 2003 server in question, 2 Registry Keys (PoolUsageMaximum, PagedPoolSize) may be created to fine-tune how the operating system manages Paged Pool Memory. For complete details on creating and configuring these registry keys, review Microsoft Knowledge Base Article below:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/304101/en-us

What about duplicating this image to tape, and trying restore from the image on tape ?

I have also found something strange in Netbackup Server

:46:20.617 [9128.2088] <2> clear_socket_timeout: Setting socket timeout to 0. Old timeout was 300000 ms
17:46:20.617 [9128.2088] <2> bptm: instance - 608538609
17:46:20.617 [9128.2088] <2> bptm: INITIATING (VERBOSE = 5): -delete_expired
17:46:20.633 [9128.2088] <2> bptm: EXITING with status 0 <----------
