Hi team,

 

can any one help me .

One of my sap onl poicy failling with status 6

 

Below are log files can any suggest me how to trouble shoot this issue

Hello,

 Please reply with the SAP backup logs. Also what version of NetBackup are you running?

Terry is right,

   You will need information from the client about the script execution. If the problem is not obvious from the logs you could manually run the script and watch the results live in your terminal.

Check the backint log on the client.   Here is one possible problem:

The bphdb & dbclient logs might also contain some information about what problem is

On Unix it can be a permission issue as the netbackup folders is generate by root and SAP backup usually runs as the sap user

As always it is a good idea to run the script directly in a prompt to get error messages that might not catched by the logs
