Scratch Pool

Hi Dear Community,

there is a weekly pool in NBU but NBU does'nt use it.Can l define the tapes as scratch? What are you recommend to me?

A tape can be in the scratch pool if it is unassigned - meaning doesn't contain any active backups. If that is the case, select the tape in the NBU media manager part of the GUI and move them to the scratch pool.

If tapes are assigned, you will have to wait until backups are expired before moving the tapes
