Search for file extensions within subfolders for Restore does not work

Hi, I am trying to Search then Restore all of the .bam and .bai files within the SUBFOLDERS of my path "/__VOLUME__/fs-hus4/data/Hiseq/USAV1SVEVSP4_data_Hiseq_NOV_2014/141124_D00652_0045_BHBB1HADXX/Aligned_Panel_80_V3/Project_80_CancerV3/"

The issue is, the .bam/.bai files are spread out within MANY MANY subfolders under .....//Project_80_CancerV3/.

Using Search in the Java client freezes the java admin console.

Using Search in OpsCenter, I must put the full path in the search box, defeating the purpose.

Using Search in OpsCenter, doing a wildcard search of filename wanted gives over 500 results rows, none of which are in the folders I needs.  Since it is such a large result return, the webclient stops at 500 rows.

Question, How do i search for all of the .bam and .bai files UNDER a specific folder, then restore them?

In this example, searching for all the .bam and .bai files in these SUBFOLDERs  DO NOT work:

/__VOLUME__/fs-hus4/data/Hiseq/USAV1SVEVSP4_data_Hiseq_NOV_2014/141118_SN1027_0733_BHB7A4ADXX/Aligned_Panel_80_V3

However, by putting in the a complete path, the files are found:

/__VOLUME__/fs-hus4/data/Hiseq/USAV1SVEVSP4_data_Hiseq_NOV_2014/141118_SN1027_0733_BHB7A4ADXX/Aligned_Panel_80_V3/

Its is as if you cannot search wildcards in subfolders...... what the heck?

Maybe consider using bplist, pipe to egrep to get required file extensions and save to a text file. Use the text file with bprestore.
