I was wondering is it best pratice to change some of the netbackup services from local system account to a local administrator on the box. How aqbout the agent service on each box? Should it be local System or domain account ?

If you really like it is better to create a "netbackup" account that has admin rights + restore rights and so on you can check it under

local user rights under the Active Directory. i prefer to have an account for specific services for backups also for SQL and so on.
