Shadow copy Backup

Hi,

After upgrade netbackup agent into 8.0 . we are facing Shadow copy backup .

As we have check shadow copy is enabled on servers and space is also available on servers.

Please assist we are faceing on multiple clients.

Shadow copy Backup is not running after backup agent updated into .0 version .All_local_drives police selected. all drives and system state successfully being backed up.

Can you post the detail status of failed job.

job successfully completed. No error but when i open client there are not shadow copy backup for restore.

Please create bpbkar log folder on the client if it does not exist.
Increase logging level for the client to 3.

After next backup, please copy the log file in bpbkar folder to bpbkar.txt and upload here.

What happens if you make a test policy with only "Shadow Copy Components:\" as the backup selection in one of the clients with problems?

Do you get an error?

Also: do the backups of Shadow Copy Components:\ made previously to the upgrade, available for restore?
