We are getting shadow copy components failures in every day from some of the common servers.
It is failing with status code 50. Do we have any solutions to fix that permanently?

You need to give us more info...
Which Windows version (incl release/patch level)?
Which NBU version (incl patch level)?
Any errors in Client's Event Viewer logs?
Please copy all text in Details tab of a failed job and post here.
Also ensure that bpbkar log folder exists in netbackup\logs folder.
Copy the log after next failure to bpbkar.txt and upload as File attachment.
