Is it possible for your SQL host to upgrade to 7.6.0.3, make it the same as your front-end Sharepoint host, this shall reduce a lot of possible bugs/issues? It's critical both front-end & backend share the same Netbackup patch version, at least when you call Support they're more likely to pay attention to.
How much data is in your test content DB?
Do you see any byte count when backing up actual content DB?

thanks you watsone
i upgrade to 7.6.0.3 but also get error in netbackup file read fail (13) because the bpkar32.exe was crached in SQL server
see this article http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH148470
i expected because the share point has a huge data in the content DB :(

That technote is only applicable to encrypted backup, are you using that?
If not, it's probably a different issue, it should not crash even with a huge content DB, as I asked earlier, how much is your production Sharepoint data?
In your application event logs of SQL host, do you see bpbkar32.exe crashing??
Something more to check for Sharepoint backup config & pre-requisite:

I don't have experience on BLOB storage for Sharepoint/SQL, and it's not supported in NBU according to technote. Is that your problem? you will have to confirm with your environment...
Use the technote I gave earlier to confirm all permissions, requirements fits into your setup.
One more step you can narrow down the cause is, in your Sharepoint Central Administration GUI, run a backup to confirm it works (without NBU).
