SharePoint Policy Question

Hello people:
I got my SharePoint Policy set for Backup Selection: Microsoft SharePoint Resources:\*
Its this Right?

When I try to restore, I just see this for restore: SheraPoint_Config(FULL)
I have another policy with All_Locall_Drives instruction.

I dont know If I'm correct with those policies or If I need to set another instruction to backup all my sites in my SharePoint Portal Server.

Please recommendations are welcome. Thanks
