SharePoint restore failing with error 2804

SQL Version : 2008R2

SharePoint Version : 2010

File level restore of the Sharepoint GRT backup is failing " socket read failed: errno = 104 - Connection reset by peer "

Activity Monitor Error logs :

MS-SharePoint policy restore error  (2804)

Uploaded bpcd, bpfis, bpresolver ,ncfgrespps ,spsv2ra logs to Veritas but still no clues on errors from those.

Could someone help on this.

Hello,

the restore path you specify for file-level restore must be relative to SQL Server, because restores from GRT goes there (regardless they are initiated from client or Master Server). So verify this first.
