Hi Friends- I have configured granula disk backup for my sharepoint server. The backup was successful but when I try to restore one deleted folder it  failed with status 5. I have pasted the error details. If you see in 3rd line it is requesting for firber transport instead of the Disk name. My storage is connected to masterserver.

there may be many issues but i thought you check the name resolution

Run these command on Master Server and client and see that the result is correct?
bpclntcmd -ip IP_Address
bpclntcmd -hn Hostname
bpclntcmd -pn

second create the bpbkar log directory and trigger restore again and when the job fails send me logs

I tried

bpclntcmd -ip IP_Address
bpclntcmd -hn Hostname
bpclntcmd -pn

and client and master server able to listen eachother. I have attached the bpkarlog in my first post. Please see that.

Thanks for your help

bpbkar logs for backups. You may find more useful info in the tar log (bpcd & bpinetd also? - not sure)

Try searching (Knowledgebase) for the string "Fibre Transport resources are not available". There are only a few results, but they may point you in the right direction.
