Sharepoint backup end with status 1 partially sucessful

Hi all,

I need help.

I used to backup sharepoint application using netbackup 7.6.0.4 and some of the backups end with status 1 : partially successful.

My Question are:

1. Will it effect my data during restoration process?

2. Can it be fixed?

Check the child job for more details about what caused the status 1. See this note as example.

Just be aware of the backup selection when using Sharepoint & combining Incrementals.
Policy ucust-gst-sharepoint-int
Schedule daily_diffinc  

You are most likely running into the following:

You may need to exclude the Index Files from incremental backups
in this policy. Its in Page 68 (Symantec NetBackup for
Microsoft SharePoint Server Administrator's Guide)

Try running a FULL backup and see if you get the Status 1, if not, then it will be down to the INCR shedules

Is this backup policy configured as GRT or not?

The job details you show look like a parent job, do you have the child job which show what "sharepoint path" it could not backup or was skipping?  It all depend on what path is not backup correctly to determine if it will impact your restore.
