The sharepoint backups are failing with status code 2 when a new service account is being updated. I have updated the new service account to be used as the logon account for Netbackup services on all the servers which are part of the Sharepoint farm. Also, the new service account has been granted admin access on the Sharepoint Central Admin. I have updated the new service account under the sharepoint properties under clients on the master server.
