Hi,
Does not NetBackup support backups of Sharepoint online or O365 Sharepoint ?
My undertsnading says No as Client can't be installed on server and only option of Veritas SAAS., but I am not sure.
So please suggest.

Your understanding is correct. It is only support with Veritas SaaS backup.
