Hi All;
I have been trying to restore an email to my mail box, but an error message keep happening and the restore process fails every time.
Please, Help me with this case.

We need to see screenshots of the initial source and destination client selection up to final restore options as well.
Have you checked and confirmed requirements and steps in NBU for Exchange Server Admin Guide http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH127056 ?
Ensure tar log folder exists on Exchange server before attempting another restore.
After failure, copy the log file to tar.txt and post as File attachment.
PS:
Please always mention OS version on NBU server and on problematic client.
You have selected Windows 7, but this is not possible for NBU server or Exchange server.
