Slow

Hi all,

We just went through an upgrade from 5.1 to 6.5 on Red Hat.  We had a case open with Symantec and used NBCC to make sure the db was clean, and the upgrade went fairly smoothly.

However, now searching for restores takes FOREVER.  After selecting the source/desitination client, clicking on the backup history to select the date range takes about 10 minutes. After that, drilling down the directory structure is very painful.

Our image directory is very large- about 900GB, but it was never an issue with 5.1.  Any ideas?

Just wondering is the CLI slow too or just the GUI?

Check for DNS lookup issues within the GUI.

It's not a GUI issue I think.  bpimagelist takes a very long time to complete as well.  Any other ides?

do u see any delay over the bpdbm logs?
