SnapShot Client Information

Hi All

I want to to take  a  snapshot of windows client for a drive(windows client ) locally. I need information when the snapshot is created where it saves so that i can track the disk space required. I know that snapshot is delted after backup. What is path where snapshot resides before backup?

snapshots are taken before backup, and deleted after backup.
Where cache for changed blocks are placed is depend on snapshot method(VSP/VSS) and settings.

vssadmin -list shadowstorage

i have written the way to check the snaphot created using VSS in the below link; if it is VSP, you can see directly under the nbu_cache folder
