Snapshot error occurs

Dear Team

we are facing this issue today,the file system entire backups are failing with Error code 156 ( Snap shot error ).please kindly help me to analyze this issue.

the server and client platform which netbackup 7.0 runs on are  windows 2003 R2.The detailed information is as follows:

from client sih-share:ERR - Snapshot Error while opening directory: GLOBALROOT\Device\HarddiskVolumeShadowCopy54\DesignDate\cp-dp-009\move_5\

from client sih-share: ERR - Snapshot Error while opening file: GLOBALROOT\Device\HarddiskVolumeShadowCopy57\DesignDate\cp-zc-008\BIW\CYTC：Data change requirement.part05.rar

from client sih-share: FTL - Backup operation aborted!

from client sih-share: FTL - Backup operation aborted!

Resolution: 
Firstly, if Open file backups are not desired for the client, disable them. This will decrease the resources used by the client during backup and resolve any Status 156 errors. The default NetBackup install options are to have open file backups enabled.

thank you very much,Nagalla.i will do the test at once to see if it works.if so,i will mark it as a solution for my issue later.
