Solaris 11 netbackup master server configuration of email alert

Hello All,

I have a backup infrastructure where i am using my backup master server as solaris 11 & netbackup configuered is 7.6. I have configuered the catalog backup & configuered the email alert for the same.(configure the sendmail). I start receiving an alert but after few days management block the smtp server as they dont want any email which From receipent is Master server name.domain name. They were ask me to configure the from receipent as differnt domain name like Backup.companyname@domain.com like this.

I am not sure in which file i suppose to make the changes & how to chnage the "from receipent". Please guide me which file i need to edit & how

2./etc/mail/cf/cf/sendmail.mc

Sorry, NBU runs as root user, so it uses root user name when sending mail.

To change the 'from' user name is outside of NBU control.

You may want to ask this question in a Solaris/Oracle forum.
