Startup remote administration console after upgrade to 7.7.

HI all,

I have done upgrade in environment test NetBackup 7.5.0.6 to 7.7.
The migration is gone ok, but I have ad error when I try to login into Remote Administration Console 7.7.

The error is:

I have tryed to follow this post for recreate the certificate, but without success.

Do you have idea to resolve?

I have checked this link, but the process is up & running, the ping and network is ok:

I don't know where else to look!!

It seems that you are trying to connect to IP address, not hostname. If your desktop or NBU master is not on DNS, then add hosts entry for the master on your desktop. Add shortname and FQDN. Let us know what happens when you connect to the hostname.

Hi marianne, 

same problem with IP or FDQN. I have added line on file host in my laptop with the master server test params.

Next week I try to install NetBackup 7.7 in production, before take a snapshot!

Hello,

I have tried on production server and have the same errors when I starting up the Remote Administration Console. It's very strange for me this situation.

Have also ricreate the certification, without success.

Can you show the new certs that you created?

Yes I show the new certificate when I have upgraded to 7.7 and I show new certificate when I create a new certificate by script.
