If the drive is mounted on the second node  then we were getting status 90

Please tell us more about policy config - are you backing physical nodenames or virtual nodename?

The recommended way to backup a cluster:

One policy for physical nodenames in Client List with either OS drives explicitly listed in Backup Selection, or with ALL_LOCAL_DRIVES and shared drives in Exclude List.

Second policy for shared data with virtual name in Client List.

According to this TechNet article, the Quorum disk is backed up along with System State (no need to specify explicitly):

Run a backup with the multiplestreams option enabled just to catch the drive or system state that is failing so you can isolate the issue to only one drive.

What is NBU version?

Do you have any exclude lists in place for cluster nodes?

If Q:\ is excluded, change it to Q:\*

Hi Omar/Marianne

Thanks for the comments, I am so sorry for the late response logged in after a long time

The problem we were getting status 90 because of microsoft cluster,

If the drive is mounted on the second node  then we were getting status 90

No exluce list added in any of the client
