Status of Backups report

Hello all,
I have a strange issue i'd like to get some input on.
I'm using NBU 4.5 FP6 on win2k 2000.
THe issue is the backup status report. It seems to go back only as far as 72hrs... I don't see anyting in the Admin Guides to indicate that this report shouldn't show everything from any date, not just within the last 72hrs.

My other reports report for any period that I want, from the time we started using NBU, including Client Backups report. So I'm just kinda curious what might cause that to happen. I'm getting good catalog backups and I haven't chosen any criteria, so it's all set to default.

Ideas welcome. =)

This has to do with which database netbackup is quering. The backup status reports queries a different database then the client backups report.

Check the master server's Global Attributes for
cleanup - Keep Logs.
Netbackup derives th Backup Status, Problems, All Log Entries, and Media Log reports from it's error catalog, so this attribute limits the time period that thes reports can cover.

The Client Backuups report queries the NetBackup images catalog which has entries according to the retention levels on the image.Message was edited by:
