Hi

We are using netbackup client 7.6

For one of my Window 2012 Server, i am getting error

Backup failed with status 24 socket write failed.

There is unfortunately no easy fix for status 24.

Have a look at the solutions in these 2 posts:

The last one is unfortunately old and some of the URLs may no longer be working, but you will understand what the 2 experts are saying - initial comms was fine, but then 'something' outside of NBU broke the connection.

Troubleshooting must therefore be done at OS/network level.
