I would like to know why the netbackup console does not show the storage units but the storage units are displayed using the command line.

Hello, this issue has been solved, the problem was the client name and the alias with two diferent FQDN.

are you using the netbackup Java console or admin console?
if you are using the Java console make sure you are using the name of the server to login is same as the server bp.conf entry..
and try again..

We are all happy to see the (well-deserved) badge next to his name.
@ blanco.adalberto, please help us to understand your issue and tell us more about this environment -
how master and media servers are communicating (via hostnames, IP, etc, using hosts entries or DNS) and output of nbemmcmd command as per my post above.
How did you add devices for the media servers?
And Storage Units?
Using cmd or the GUI?
