Hello

Well there is always some reserved space...

use this command to verify your case:

nbdevconfig -getconfig -stype PureDisk -storage_server servername -U

Look after

Configuration Item: "Storage Pool Reserved Space" = "xxx TB" [string] readonly
Description: "Storage Pool Reserved Space"

I Found it on Credential --> Storage Servers --> Properties

There is this :

Storage Pool Reserved place : 336 GB

Storage Pool size : 7.9 TB

Storage Pool Used Space : 7.5 TB

Storage Pool Available Space : 321 GB

Does that mean that the space available is only the reserved place and then there's no more choice that review our policiy backup or add new disk ?

Thank you

Yes but it depends on the amount of data you are trying to backup..
The easiest way is to add more space or simply expire old backups ( you have to expire a lot of backups to have significant gain of space)
One more thing, You may have ( I m quite sure you do) orphaned images.
I suggest that you contact veritas support and ask for check of orphaned images using POgather tool.
Good luck

Hello

Well as you can see from above there is reserved 336 GB and free is 321 - so free is less then reserved - so my take is the pool is out of disk space...
