Hello

we opened a ticket with support, now for more than a moth the problem still not resolved yet.

can any one let us know how to move the support to next level to resolve the issue.

Have you tried the Technical Support Escalation Process via a Duty Manager? It is described in Veritas Technical Support Solutions Handbook. Andrew

Fellow VOX community members cannot assist with your Support issue. You need to phone the Support telephone number and ask to speak to a Duty Manager.

If you tell us what your NetBackup problem is, we can attempt to provide advice.
