Hello,

i have a certification with Administration of Symantec NetBackup 7.5 for Windows, what is the best path to follow with Netbackup?

If you mean how to prepare for the exam:

The general advice is to read the admin guides ....  and if possible go on the Symantec training courses + get as much real life experience as possible.

excuse me for the interruption, just a quick question, should the one be trained by a certified Symantec institute to get certified or not a requirement?

Seems there is a Symantec Certified Professional (SCP) in Data Protection Certification.

If you click on the 'Training' link at the bottom of the page, it will take you to http://www.symantec.com/products-solutions/training/

On the right, you will find a link to 'Certification Program'. 

Follow the link to the SCP Program.
