Hello,
I have the following situation: two exchange virtual servers (cluster), running under a vmware environment, a few days ago i have to perform a reboot . After this, i tried to start the symantec vss provider services with no success (error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.). All other netbackup client services are working and functional, i've tried to restart the NBU client on both servers, no success too, and the symantec vss provider still doesnt work.
Both Servers windows 2008 r2 enterprise
Exhange 2010
Netbackup 7.5.0.5
Does anyone have idea of what could have happened?
