Synthetic Backups

Has anyone tried and been successful using synthetic backups?

Hi there, I am a relative Newbie to NBU - been designing for years but now hands on.

I have a number of my jobs running using Sythetic fulls.

Main trick I missed is that you need to run a real Full to start (IE not an incremental which defaults to full because it is the first backup)

Are you having problems?
