NBU version 7.1.0.2 
win ver windows 2008 R2 version 6.1 SP1
C: \ 17GB free out of 60 GB
shadow copy set at use limit 8GB
VSS writers stable , no error in event logs
WOFB,VSS, disable snapshot and continue selected.

i think problem is related to error in bpfis logs but im unable to get to the root of it . plz help.

Try Enable the partition using the <INSTALL_PATH>\Veritas\netbackup\bin\w2koption

Maybe upgrade to 7.1.0.4 and run "w2koption -backup -efi_boot_enabled 1" as per advice in that post?
