System state backup failure issue

Hi Friends,

             One of windows client backup is completing partatially. the warning was showing on system state backup.

              I m not sure this warning is important or shall I ignore this. Please check below logs:-

Hello ,

does the client using VSS or VSP for the backup?

make sure it always use VSS for backup, you can chage this setting in master server host poroperties---> client attributes.--> client name

and also make sure that the VSS writers are stable with no errors

NBU version and patch level on the client.

OS version and patch level on the client.

Can you backup Shadow Copy Components using Windows backup?

Is this perhaps an inactive cluster node?
