Hi SAyyed,
yes, i confirm.
All the clients are in the same environment and configured the same.
Windows open file backup menu with Vss selected , Individual drive snapshot and Abort backup on error.
Exactly as all the other clients.
Thank you.
Regards,
Michele

The error in logs look similar to this technote: http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH144975
Does it work if you run a Windows native backup (take Netbackup out of picture) ?

Hi Watsons,
thanks for the clue, but it is not.
DISKPART> list vol
Volume ### Ltr Label Fs Type Size Status Info
---------- --- ----------- ----- ---------- ------- --------- --------
Volume 0 R CD-ROM 0 B No Media
Volume 1 C NTFS Partition 50 GB Healthy System
Volume 2 D SAPDATA NTFS Partition 100 GB Healthy Pagefile
And it is only for BITS copy, not all.
More than this, NB is version 7.5.0.5.
Regards,
Michele

Anything in system or application event logs?
I would probably verify the Windows native backup, before deciding to call Microsoft or Symantec support.
