System state restore

Hello

Can anyone explain how to restore system state of server with fixed size hdd?

I have server with 70gb hdd
About 60gb used and 10gb free.
Server crush
I install new server with clean size~25gb
As for instruction i restore drive C files - restore succesed.
When i restore system state drive C overload - 0 byte free. Restore task failed.
After reload server not boot.

I cant extend this disk size. How can i restore this server?

@Thiago_Ribeiro - After restoting the system state , can we restore C:\ D:\  dirves restore by selecting them in parallel ?

As I understand you want to perform total and complete recovery  of Windows server. You can do it like this https://www.veritas.com/support/en_US/article.000081333 

For this procedure to work, the restore must not be initiated from the Client!

But this procedure wouldn't give you 100% guaranty of successful restore and you should consider implementation of BMR.

If i restore system state to another location, how to union system with this files?

It isn't a NetBackup task. You can ask Windows support if it's theoretically possible to do so.
