Tape Cartrige of ntbackup is not being able to use in Netbackup

I have Veritas Netbackup 6.5 installed with win2003 R2 Server.

i have a backup on Tape Cartrige which (backup) got from ntbackup is not being able to use in Netbackup

Click on the red highlighted boxes. it actually overwrites all the media which already overwritten.
