Hi,

This is for single policy, there i can found the compression check box,but in my scenario i have multiple policies and fire the backup in the single tape, so is there any option to compress it

thanks in advance

I think you should enable compression in all policies because to compress the files in to tape its necessary to compress all data's that are transfered to a particular media.

Dear Kathikeyan,

As per your suggestion i did the changes on the Policy after that also it is not compressing the Data's.

It is just transferring 800 GB of data's to a LTO 4 Drive.

Please help me to fix this issue.
