What are the error that you find in event log of windows?
are you able to mount and dismount the tapes into the Drives though Robtest?
you probably need to test the mount and dismount from the robtest and if it works fine then make sure all your Drives are empty and then update the inventory once and try again..
if you still see the issue.. we probalby need to looks in error logs

Agree with Ram, looks like you have a robot issue. If robtest connects then NBU config is good and comms to robot are ok, you have these commands
s s - show slots, pick one with a tape
s d - show drives, pick one that is empty
m sx dy - move tape in slot x to drive y
m dy sx - move tape in drive y to slot x
If the move fails you probably have a library fault.
Be sure to move any tapes back to where they were before you exit or the NBU inventory will be out of sync and will need rerunning.

Hi Ram,
Thanks for the reply...
Library end looks like everything good, i have done all steps as you suggested, then i resetted drives & robot.
Now backups running fine... thanks a lot for your valuable time.
