Tape is not full but doesn't want to backup

I can not backup on a TAPE A00020 which is ACTIVE on a specific volume pool:

so, the TAPE have more space but netbackup doesn't want to backup there.

Hi

NetBackup by default does not mix backups of different retentions on a single tape. The tape you listed look to have a 10year retention. 

Does the backup that is failing also have the same retention setting in the policy? If not then it will not use the listed media unless you change the settings (and this in general is a bad idea BTW and I would caution against doing it).
