Please start from the beginning - show us initial restore screen where machines (Server, source, destination client) and Policy type is selected.
Also show us restore options in final restore screen.
The paths look like Windows paths.
Are you restoring back to the same host? (source and destination the same)
or to different host?
Have you verified that the path exist on the destination client?
Do you have log folders on master, media and destination client?
We will need the following logs to troubleshoot:
On master : bprd (restart NBU after creating the folder)
On media server: bptm and bpbrm
On destination client: tar
