The NetBackup Java Admin Console only shows "Backup Archive and Restore"

Hi,

I have a Windows Server 2012 R2 Std as a Master server, I do not why but since today when i open the console i only get -->Backup Archive and Restore and i cannot manage the Netbackup Console.

Could anyone help me?

does auth.conf in master server has the user name that you are using to login in java console?, 

as below

username ADMIN=ALL JBP=ALL

does it ever worked full access?

My colleage had the same issue with 7.7.x login on W2012 master the other day.
auth.conf was fine. User had local admin rights.

Out of desperation he restarted NBU - Java GUI loaded all options...

Check the admin log folder exists on the server.

And "Everyone" has Full Control to the admin log.

I restarted all NetBackup services and the server but i only get "Backup Archive and Restore".

I had to uninstalled Netbackup i installed it again.

I am sorry i do not know what is --> NBU - Java GUI, could you please help me?

This folder was not exist but i created manually and i was still getting only the "Backup Archive and Restore"

Apply the permission as per Will's post below. If its not windows based, run the following command on it

chmod 777 admin
