Timed out while waiting for acknowledgement

I am getting this error while trying to restore a restore a NDMP folder backup.

but i can able to do file level recovery from the same backup with out any issues.

tips please.

NBU version??
Older versions of NBU with DAR enabled used work for file level restore only, not directory restore.

The NBU 6.5 NDMP manual also says the following:
It may be necessary to disable DAR in the following situation: you have problems with DAR and your NDMP host is an older machine or is not running the latest NAS OS version.
