To download netbackup administration console or Java console 7.1 base product ot patch

Hi ,

  Have downloaded the below patched from https://fileconnect.symantec.com/licenselogin.jsp?localeStr=en_US.  to upgrade netbackup from 6.5.6 to 7.1.
 
  Haven't see the windows administration console or Java administration console base product with fileconnect.

  Can you help me download the base product od administration console and java console 7.1 or patch to upgrade the administration console and java console from 6.5.6 to 7.1

The admin console as you know is for windows, and is located on the windows install cd /install files.

These are only available from Fileconnect, and if not available to you, will require customer care to resolve.

Technical support do NOT have the ability to do this.

Can you find NetBackup_7.1_Win_zip.1of2 and NetBackup_7.1_Win_zip.2of2 from fileconnect?
Windows Java Administration Console and Remote Administration Console is included into NetBackup_7.1_Win.zip.
As noted in this technote, you have to concatinate these two files before you extract.

Have found NetBackup_7.1_Win_zip.1of2 and NetBackup_7.1_Win_zip.2of2  in fileconnect. Once download completes will check and confirm. Thanks Yasuhisa Ishikawa
