Troubleshoot Snapshot Manager Installation o nAzure

Hi community,

Tryig to install NetBackup on Azure, everything goes smoothly (Primary, Media Server) except Snapshot Manager.

During installation receive error:

VM has reported a failure when processing extension 'ExtensionForConfiguringCPscale

Error message: \"Enable failed: failed to execute command: command terminated with exit status=1\n[stdout]\n_fqdn=nbsnap1011-scale000000.dclfbw4m3ymepm1gz40pmrj30f.frax.internal.cloudapp.net\

What could it be and how resolve?

can you post the installation logs here ? It would be helpful to isolate the errors.

out of my curiosity... are you installing primary or media server and snapshot manager on same machine ?

Version 10.1.1

Trying separate installation, installation with Primary and Media server - result stay the same
