looks like your enviornemnt has resource limitation or hung jobs..

2nd screeshot says... max job could has been reached for storage unit, it means there are already jobs running on this STU( 2 jobs, or 8 jobs if multiplexing is enabled in policy scheules).

first you need to identify are those jobs really running or hung, if they are really running then you need to consider schedule failed jobs in other time or increase the backup window time

if they are not completing with in backup window that is the signal for you to increase the tape drives.

Ram as always gives excellent advice.

6.0 is kinda old, I'd suggest geting that upgraded to a supported version ASAP.   If for no other reason than if Marianne spots this you'll be in trouble ... ;0)

You know what? I really feel sorry for backup admins who need to battle with OLD, unsupported version of NBU (especially version 6.0) and probably old servers, old OS and old devices too.

These poor backup admins need to ensure successful backups and restores while their management don't care enough to provide them with the necessary up-to-date tools.

you can increase the number of concurrent write on the storage device

go to storage unit, double click and increase the value

Yes the problem fixed by extend the long backup window for enough time for backup

Thank you all your guys
