Troubleshooting Windows client connections from Linux 6.5.2A server

Steve_808

I recently installed Netbackup 6.5.2A Server on RHEL5 and have most clients working successfully but I am struggling with a couple of windows server clients.  One is Win 2000 and 2 are 2003, I am able to connect to 2 windows XP machines and all my linux and unix clients.  I am also able to connect to the problematic windows servers via my old 6.0MP6 Netbackup (Windows) Server.  I have made sure that new server is in the server list and have restarted the machines and services.  Where do I look now?

TIA,

Steve

Check your network settings, ping, traceroute, nslookup, bpgetconfig than configure the logs bpcd and bpbkar on the client and bprd and bpsched on the master, search for any errors.
