I'm really very new to NetBackup so apologies in advance on this.
We have a 5240 appliance that has been configured as our master and media server. (Running 8.1.1 I believe)
I'm trying to setup the Active Directory authentication, but every time I enter the server name/username and password it just comes up with 'Failed to configure the active directory authentication' I've tested using AD accounts of various permissions including an Domain Admin but i always get the same error.
Any tips or hints on how i can get this working, if i can get this working on our setup?
