Two restore jobs are ever created ! - Restore sharepoint

Hi !

I cannot restore !

When I launch restore, the job are ever created ! In the GUI "View status" I don't have a verbose progress...

In the logs C:\Program Files\Veritas\NetBackup\logs\user_ops\Admin000\logs , I have 2 files NBWIN003 & NBWIN004 but they are empty !

Netbackup version is 7.6.1.1 with this hotfix : https://support.symantec.com/en_US/article.TECH230040.html .

Media server , sharepoint frontend & backend : Windows 2008R2 sp1

Please share the detailed status of the jobs from the master server.

Also note down what object are you trying to restore, ie Content DB, GRT object, Site Collection etc.

I reinstalled the client netbackup.
It is good !
