Please run - "nbstlutil report" and check what is the status of this SLP. I guess it active but try to check if it has duplication that is pending.
Explore nbstlutil command's other options to verify status of the duplication jobs.

Have you run the "bpclimagelist -U -client <client>" command to check to see what backup images are recorded for one of the Oracle clients? Review the additional options to specify a timeframe and possible backup type, policy name etc.
Assuming the backup was successful, the backup image will remain somewhere until ALL SLP operations are complete (so on the primary, or secondary storage via AIR even if the duplication to tape hasn't completed).
If you are unable to understand what you see - post the output as a text file here and someone should be able to advise.

Can you confirm that the Policy type is Oracle?
If so, please show us output of :
bplist -C ps13atmsdb -s 02/27/2020 -e 03/01/2020 -t 4 -R /
