Unable to install Enterprise Client

Does anyone know which download I need from https://fileconnect.symantec.com for the Enterprise Client on Windows 2008 / Windows 2008R2

I've tried NetBackup_6.5.4_Windows2008_X64 but the self extracting zip always returns an error despite downloading twice

I need to be able to backup over SAN

This states:
"... CD Image NB_6.5.4.Winx64_CD.exe provides a media refresh to 6.5.4 for Veritas NetBackup (tm) servers and clients only on Windows 2008 and Windows 2008 Server Core x64 platforms, and for new installs on Windows 2003 x64 platforms ..."

But I believe Win2008R2 is not supported until 6.5.5. Upgrade software available here:

Per the link below, Windows 2008 R2 only supports the standard client with NetBackup 6.5.5.
